Additional revisions, changes outside the original scope, or new requests may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Scope changes include but are not limited to:

  • New design concepts
  • Major layout changes
  • New functionality
  • Content writing not originally included
  • Additional integrations or features

6. Website Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Services

Rough & Ready Media may assist with:

  • Website hosting
  • Domain registration
  • Email setup
  • Plugins
  • Third-party platforms
  • Payment processors
  • Marketing tools
  • Analytics tools

However, Rough & Ready Media is not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages
  • Hosting downtime

Rough & Ready Media is not responsible for errors after final approval.

10. Portfolio Rights

Rough & Ready Media reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Privacy

12. Termination
