- If you have a website maintenance package: 24-48 hours
- If you do not have a website maintenance package: 48-96 hours
- Note: Non-maintenance users who submit “Urgent” tickets will incur a 20% charge on the total bill for immediacy.
- Tickets submitted after 5 p.m. will be addressed the following day.
- Tickets submitted after 4 p.m. on Fridays will be addressed the following Monday.
- We are not open on the Weekends or for Major Holidays.
