If you have a website maintenance package, 12-48 hours
If you do not have a website maintenance package,
48-96 hours
Tickets submitted after 4 p.m. will be addressed the following day.
Tickets submitted after 2 p.m. on Fridays will be addressed the following Monday.
We are not open on the Weekends or for Major Holidays.
